The class schedule is released on a rolling 7 days basis, meaning that classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance.

Classes are available on a first come first served basis. When you reserve a class or sign up for the waitlist, we place a hold the credits required to attend the class and return the credits to your account if you cancel the reservation or remove yourself from the waitlist in time or are not cleared off the waitlist.

If the class you wish to attend is full, you can add your name to the waitlist. Once on the waitlist, If a bike becomes available at any time, our system will automatically enroll you in the class and you will receive an email, confirming your reservation and bike assignment. Once you have been moved off the waitlist, our standard cancellation policy applies.

You must cancel a reservation 12 hours before the scheduled class start time in order to avoid losing the class credit. If you cancel a reservation with less notice, you will forfeit one credit or, if you hold an unlimited package, you will be charged $15.

If you are a first time ryder, and live permanently on the island, you are entitled to a free ryde. Create an account at, send us an email at and we will add the free ryde into your account.

If this is your first time at Ryde, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class  start time for check in, registration and bike fit. If you are a regular Ryder, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class. If you have not checked in 3 minutes prior to the start of the class you are considered a “no show” and your bike may be released to waitlisted clients present in the studio at the time.

If you are running late for your class, please call to let us know before the 3 minute cutoff so we can hold your bike. If your reservation hasn’t been released to the waitlist, you may join the class up to 5 minutes after the start. Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late you will not be allowed to join the class out of respect for the other ryders.
