TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement by and between you and Ryde Cayman Limited (Referred to as “Ryde" "Ryde Cayman”, “we”, “us” and “our”). This agreement is effective the date you click “I accept” or otherwise countersign this Agreement and continues until terminated by mutual consent. Please note that the Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and from time to time. All such changes will be posted on our website and by using our website or our facilities you agree that any such revisions are automatically incorporated into the terms of this Agreement.
Services and Hours of Operation
Ryde Cayman provides indoor cycling services through the offering of instructed classes at various times throughout the day. We reserves the right to make changes to the facilities and amenities including, but not limited to, the type or quantity of classes, equipment or services at our discretion. We are open seven days a week, with the exception of certain holidays and we are generally open 6AM to 6PM, Monday – Friday and 8AM to 12PM Saturday – Sunday. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of hours and/or days the studio is open and providing services to our members.
Please refer to our website rydecayman.com or see any of our representatives to receive a complete listing of all services and amenities available at the studio and operating hours and/or any changes to the standard operating hours including any closures on holidays.
By signing this Agreement, you authorize Ryde Cayman to charge your credit card or deduct from your account, charges, fees and monthly dues (if any) for any and all balances due from time to time and continuing until all outstanding charges, fees and monthly dues (if any) throughout the effective date of termination or cancellation are paid or deducted.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and no credit card numbers are stored on our computers. Authorized employees of Ryde Cayman will use information collected from individual customers for our business purposes. We regard our client records as confidential and our policy is not to divulge any such information to third parties, unless we are legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.
Safety and comfort are our top priority. Bike set-up requires simple adjustments to seat height, seat position and handlebar height and the instructor is available to assist you with settings to ensure you have the correct fit on your bike. Make sure that all your bike adjustments are correct, your cycling shoes are secure in the pedals, and that you test the brake before you start a class.
Health & Safety
Indoor cycling is high intensity cardiovascular exercise and you should consult your doctor before participating in one of our classes. Pregnant women in particular are advised to consult their physician before engaging in our classes. At all times work at a pace that is comfortable and safe. If you feel unwell stop cycling and let your instructor know immediately.
Proper hydration is important. We recommend drinking water before, during, and after your ride. If you are a visitor to the Cayman Islands or unused to vigorous exercise, please ensure that you pace yourself as Cayman’s high heat & humidity can cause additional perspiration and rapid dehydration.
Cancellation, late arrival, and no show policies
When you reserve a bike or join the waitlist, we hold the specified class credit. You must cancel a reservation no less than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time in order to have the specified class credit returned to your account. If you cancel with less time, you will forfeit the specified class credit or, if you hold a monthly membership, you will be charged $10. You may cancel online or by calling the studio directly. If your class is canceled in time, the credit will be returned to your account.
If you have not checked in 2 minutes prior to the start of the class you are considered a “no show” and your bike will be released to the waitlist.
If you are running late, please call to let us know before the 2 minute cutoff so we can hold your bike. If your reservation hasn’t been released to the waitlist, you may join the class up to 3 minutes after the start. If you arrive more than 3 minutes late you will not be allowed to join the class out of respect for the other ryders.
If you are a no show or arrive after the cutoff you will forfeit the specified class credit or, if you hold a monthly membership, you will be charged $10.
You may add your name to the waitlist if a class is full. If a bike becomes available we will automatically confirm your reservation and email you a confirmation. Confirmed no-show clients will have their bikes released 2 minutes before the start of the class to waitlisted clients present in the studio at the time.
Standard cancellation, late arrival, and no show policies apply. If you need to remove yourself from the waitlist, please do so 12 hours prior to the scheduled class in order to avoid losing a credit.
You are entitled to two account freezes per year at the discretion of Ryde and you can freeze your account for as long as you like (up to a maximum of 90 days).
During the freeze period, you can book a class for a date when your package unfreezes but any reservations previously made during the freeze period will be cancelled.
Your account will automatically reactivate on the date selected. You can reactivate your account earlier by logging in to your account at rydecayman.com and clicking the "reactivate your account" button on the right of the packages grid.
Freezing an account does not change the number of days remaining on the package. For example, if you freeze your account with 5 days left before the package expires, you will have 5 days to use the package when the account is reactivated.
No Refunds or Transfers
All packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Other purchase are refundable at the discretion of Ryde.
By agreeing to the these Terms and Conditions and/or by creating an account with us, you agree and "opt in" to being added to our mailing list and you acknowledge and agree that we may send email notices and newsletters to you from time to time.
